• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we do not store your full card or bank account details.
• Usage data: browser type, pages viewed, and referral source, collected automatically when you use this website.
• Cookies: small files used to keep the website working correctly and to understand how it’s used. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings.

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare an itinerary;
• process and confirm bookings with hotels, airlines, and other vendors;
• send booking confirmations, payment receipts, and updates about your trip; and
• improve this website and how we plan packages.

We do not send marketing communications unless you’ve asked us to, and every marketing message includes a way to opt out.

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share only what’s needed to fulfil your booking with hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other vendors named in your itinerary, and with our payment gateway to process payments. These parties may only use your information to deliver the service you booked.

We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

• Enquiry details that don’t become a booking are kept for up to 12 months.
• Booking and payment records are kept for as long as applicable Indian tax and accounting law requires.
• If you’ve opted in to marketing, we keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

After the applicable period, we delete or anonymize your data.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law, you can ask us to:

• confirm what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that’s inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information, subject to records we’re legally required to keep; and
• withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

This website is not directed at children. Children may travel as part of a family booking made by a parent or guardian, but we don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from a child browsing the site on their own.

This website may link to third-party sites, including hotel and airline partners. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices or content of sites we don’t operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version, which applies from the date it’s posted.
